He was a true farmer but always found time for golfing, playing and coaching hockey, playing baseball and hunting. Bill enjoyed playing cards at the Men’s Club of Atwood. Marion was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she had volunteered her time in various roles. She volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society, North Perth Hospice and the VON as a former leader of the exercise program in Listowel and Monkton. Marion enjoyed travelling, loved the outdoors, gardening, painting and photography. Fondly remembered by her siblings Rose Marie Wright (Burlington), Verna (Alfred) Young (Mitchell) and John Krugel (Listowel).
