Marjorie was a faithful member of Atwood Presbyterian Church. She worked tirelessly with her husband John on their farm and in her flowerbeds, but her greatest legacy was her love for her family.   • Robert (Bob) Hamilton

    February 6, 1943 to September 24, 2013 Bob peacefully passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Dorothy (Tindall) Hamilton, his brother Clifford in infancy, brother-in-law Bob Mathers, sister-in-law Laurie Hamilton and brother Barry Hamilton. Survived by his daughter TammyLynn (Chris) Campbell, grand children Stefanie and Anna; son Michael (Marcia) Hamilton, grand children Cole and Lucy. Also survived by his sisters and brothers Judy (Bill) Dunnell, Doug Hamilton, Marg (Frank) Young, Gus (Janine) Hamilton, David Hamilton along with many nieces, nephew and great nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind no better friends than Carman and Ruth Ruppel. Bob was a gentle soul known for his kindness, big smile and love of storytelling. He loved to fish, work with wood and hunt for treasure. Heartfelt thanks goes out to brother Doug, Carman and Ruth, and Dr. Fil Incitti for taking care over- and -above of Dad. Special thanks to Geddes Medical Clinic, Dr. Kapoor, Sheila Dixon, Dr. Weiss and the Palliative staff at Groves Memorial Hospital. Dad appreciated each of you so much.     April 24, 1922 to September 4, 2013 Leonard Partridge of Mitchell, formerly of Monkton, passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Wednesday September 4, 2013 at the age of 91. Leonard was a member of Monkton United Church where he taught Sunday School for many years. He was a very proud member of the Monkton Lions Club where he held various positions including President. Leonard was the first Monkton Lion to receive the Melvin Jones Fellowship as recognition of humanitarian work. He enjoyed fishing and looking after the electrical maintenance at Monkton Poultry Farm. Beloved husband of the late Doris (Davidson) Partridge who predeceased him in 2005. Loving father of Larry and Lillian Partridge of Kinmount, Don and Ruth Ann Partridge of RR1 Atwood. Special grandpa of Terry and Tammy, Paul and Karen, Bruce and Cathy, Karen, Nancy and great-grandpa of Jackie, Trevor, Erica, Lauren, Ian and step great-grandpa of Jaimie, Danielle, Kaleb, Sharayah, Joshua and Leland. Don opened his heart to many people. This was shown by his ten years of volunteering to drive patients to and from their many appointments for the Canadian Cancer Society.
