Taylor Marie Long

September 25, 2005 to February 10, 2020

Taylor Marie Long – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Taylor as a result of a snowmobile accident on Monday February 10, 2020 at the age of 14. Taylor enjoyed participating in different sports, but excelled in gymnastics. She always had a smile on her face and loved spending time with little children. Taylor loved animals, especially Striker and Jake. She was a student at LDSS and a valued employee at Ben and Sandy’s dairy farm along with her brother Logan. Cherished daughter of Troy and Tracey (DeJong) Long. Dear sister of Logan. Loving granddaughter of Robert and Marie DeJong and Don and Wanda Long. Missed by her aunts and uncles Rick and Kimberlee DeJong, Jason and Tawnya Long, Adam and Lisa Long, Mark and Laura Long. Fondly remembered by her great aunts and uncles, her cousins and her many friends. Predeceased by her grandmother Brigitte Stoffers and her uncle Rob DeJong. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Elma Memorial Community Centre, Atwood, on Friday February 14 from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s RC Church, 1025 Wallace Avenue N., Listowel on Saturday February 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall.
