Ruth Haig, formerly of Mildmay, passed away suddenly at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton on Saturday September 3, 2011. Survived by brothers Melvyn Waechter and Audrey of Mildmay and Gerald Waechter and Margaret of Kitchener. Special Aunt to Jane and Les Stewart and family of Ethel and several other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Alvin Haig, sister Phyllis Pfeiffer and brother-in-law Otto Pfeiffer. Cremation has taken place. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel on Saturday September 10th at 1 p.m. Father Keith Morrison officiating.
