Patricia "Pat" Worth

December 30 1958 - October 29, 2025

Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Rotary Hospice in Stratford on October 29^th at the age of 66.

Beloved wife of George Worth. Loving mother of Cindy (Jason) Fleming of Spruce Grove Alberta and Vicki Worth-Mabb (Kevin Mabb). Cherished grandmother of Jeffery (Kylie), Kolbie, Nicky (Daniesha), Jordan (Joelie), Taylor and great grandmother to Maven, Jaxy boy, Theo, Brinley, Brooks and a new arrival on the way. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Survived by her 5 sisters

Predeceased by her parents Bill and Joan Luckhardt.

Pat work for many years as a dispatch with Wilhelm excavating and was very dedicated. Pat was also dedicated to her family and loved all her family very deeply.

The family would like to thank Dr. Haffner for the support, care, compassion and the visit at the hospice.
