Mary Mann

February 17, 1931 to October 5, 2011

Mary Mann, of Brussels, passed away peacefully at Seaforth Manor on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at the age of 80. Mary was a member of Duff's Walton United Church and Moncrieff Women's Institute. She enjoyed spending time making ceramics, crocheting and sewing. Beloved wife of the late Jim Mann who predeceased her in 2006. Loving mother of Heather and Tom Nigh of Seaforth, Bruce and Tanya Mann of RR1 Monkton. Special grandma of Bill and Megan and their daughter Ella, Marie and Steven, Don, Dima and Emilly. Dear sister of Audrey and Dwight Stacey, Lloyd and Bernice Bartja all of Mitchell, twin sister of Margaret Bartja of Monkton and sister-in-law of Muriel Stewart of Paris and Rhea and Jim Vallance of Stratford. Fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her parents Issac and Lyall (Ellacott) Bartja. Mary's family invites relatives and friends to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Friday October 7, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday October 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in North Logan Cemetery, Monkton.
