Gloria Bowman

September 26, 1950 to February 14, 2020

Gloria Bowman – of Listowel, formerly of Bluevale, passed away after a brief illness at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday February 14, 2020 at the age of 69. Gloria was a former employee of Listowel Memorial Hospital for over 25 years. She volunteered with North Perth Seniors, CKNX radiothon and enjoyed spending time on genealogy, dancing and travelling with her friends and family. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Bowman who predeceased her in 2008. Loving mother of Charlotte and Virginia. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews Barry and Laura, Wayne, Tammy, Trevor and Carrie, Mike and Janey. Gloria was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her parents Archie and Doris (Hall) Jacklin, her sister Ruth Farrish and her brothers Barry and Keith Jacklin. Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Friday February 21 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. where the memorial service to celebrate Gloria’s life will be held on Saturday February 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. George Russell officiating. Spring interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel.
