Delilah Kuepfer – of RR1 Newton, passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday March 16, 2020 at the age of 82. Delilah was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith. Beloved wife of the late Allan Z. Kuepfer who predeceased her in 1984. Loving mother of Peter and Bertha of Cardigan PEI, David and Eva of Tiverton, Priscilla and Chris Zehr, and Adeline Kuepfer, all of RR1 Newton. Step-mother of Mary Ann and Reuben S. Kuepfer of RR1 Milverton, Christena and Isaac Kuepfer of RR1 Newton, Elmina Kuepfer of Listowel, George Kuepfer of Milton, Laura and Emmanuel Jantzi of Newton, Reuben J. and Fannie Kuepfer of RR1 Milverton. Remembered by her grandchildren Laura, Katie, Rachel and many step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Sister of Selena and Noah Kipfer of Millbank, Ammon Schmidt of RR2 Milverton, Mahlon and Erma Schmidt of RR1 Newton and sister-in-law of Martha Kuepfer of RR1 Millbank. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Marie (Steckly) Schmidt, three brothers and three sisters in infancy, sisters-in-law Clara Schmidt and Katieann Schmidt, step son-in-law Levi Kuepfer and step-daughter Clara Kuepfer. Family and friends will be received at her residence, 4239 Line 72, RR1 Newton on Tuesday March 17 from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday March 18 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at her residence on Thursday March 19, 2020 with Bishop Reuben Jantzi officiating. WITH RESPECT OF THE CURRENT HEALTH SITUATION, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FUNERAL SERVICE IS FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY. Interment in the 7th Line Amish Cemetery, Mornington.
