July 8, 1932 to August 8, 2020 Hans Troester – of Stratford, formerly of Millbank, passed away peacefully with family by his side at his residence in Hamlet Estates, on Saturday August 8, 2020 at the age of 88. Hans was born in Germany, a cabinet maker by trade immigrating to Canada in 1954. Hans and Irene ran a retail sales business in Millbank from 1964 to 2000. He was a member of Poole Mennonite Church where he served on many of the church committees. Hans was a founding member of Hidden Acres Mennonite Camp. He enjoyed watching the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leaf games. Hans loved spending time with his family at the cottage on Conestogo Lake which he and Irene owned for over 50 years. Beloved husband of Irene (Gerber) Troester with whom he recently celebrated 60 years of marriage. Loving father of Peter and his wife Sonya of Milverton and Teresa Troester-Falk of Colorado. Special grandpa of Garrett (Emily), Jordan (Kyle), Kristen (Nolan), Ben and Jesse and great-grandpa of Aubrey, Audrena, Harrison, Nevaeh, Nixon, Kayden and Kaylee. July 18, 1950 to June 5, 2020 Campbell (Cam) Sanders – of Listowel, formerly of Newry, passed away as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Friday June 5, 2020 at the age of 69. Cam was the proud owner of WSC Transport for over 10 years. He farmed in Elma Township for most of his life, loved horseback riding, played and coached baseball and hockey and was very active in the community. Cam also enjoyed refinishing antique Cockshutt tractors with his friend John. He loved watching his grandchildren playing sports and spending time with his many friends. Beloved husband of Joanne (Barras) Sanders whom he married in 1974. Loving father of Ryan Sanders and Carrie Sanders (Matt Gardner). Papa Cam to his four cherished grandchildren Paige, Tayt, Fischer and Kinleigh. Missed by his brother-in-law Glenn (Susan) Barras, uncle Len Campbell, aunt Marion Wood and aunt Shirley Rea. Tony was a farmer at heart for 45 years. He came to Canada at the age of 18 and started full time dairy farming on his own at 20. Tony milked cows for 30 years and cash cropped the last 15. Loving husband of Julie. Loving father of Amy (Mark) and Sandra (Phil). Loving opa to 10 grandchildren.
