Ross Patterson

July 3, 1938 to August 17, 2012

Ross Patterson of Seaforth, formerly of Brussels, passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Friday August 17, 2012 at the age of 74 years. Ross will be remembered as a longtime rural mail carrier for Brussels and Meals on Wheels volunteer and more recently for his shopping excursions around town on his scooter and his love for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Father of Lori Patterson of Goderich, Brian Patterson of Cambridge, Gary Patterson and friend Melyssa Holtz of Cambridge. Brother and brother-in-law of Jean and Cliff Brown of Tiverton, Ruth and Mike Burke of Mitchell's Bay and Pauline Patterson and friend Tom Strachan of Mitchell. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Bernice (Thomas) Patterson and his brother Jim (2002). Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation or service. Interment in Elma Centre Cemetery will take place at a later date.
