Robert O'Neil

Robert O'Neil formerly of Monkton, passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Listowel on Monday May 5, 2014 at the age of 87. Robert was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Monkton. Beloved husband of Hazel (Young) O'Neil whom he married in 1994. Father of David and Nancy, Rick and Liz, Paul and Joanne and Todd. Step-father of Doug and Sharon Ward, Neil Ward and Brenda and Lyle Ruby. Grandfather of 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great-great children. Fondly remembered by his brother Neil and Barb and sister-in-law Harriet O'Neil. Predeceased by his parents Herb and Edna (Court) O'Neil, his first wife Velma, a daughter in infancy, his brother Ray, sister Eunice Wilson and her husband Jack and sister-in-law Wava O'Neil. Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Friday May 9, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
