Reinhard Jesse, of Listowel, passed away at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday May 19, 2012 at the age of 55. Reinhard spent his spare time landscaping, woodworking and working with leather. He enjoyed music and playing the keyboard, guitar and accordion. Loving husband of Mary (Bateman) Sproul. Dear father of Brigitte Jesse, Stephanie Jesse both of Kitchener, James Sproul of Listowel, Dawne Jesse of Stratford and John Sproul of Timmins. Special grandpa of Lacie, Kendra, Nicole and Megan. Son of Frieda (Hermoneit) Jesse of Waterloo and the late Hans Jesse. Fondly remembered by his brother Kurt Jesse of New Dundee, his nieces and nephews and the Bateman family. Reinhard's family invites relatives and friends to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Saturday May 26, 2012 from 12 noon -12:45 p.m. where the memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Andrew Thompson officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel.
