Melvin Vaughan, passed away at his home in Atwood at the age of 29. Mel enjoyed spending time with his family and being outdoors 4-wheeling. Loving son of Karen and Rick Harper of Atwood. Dear brother of Mike and Jen of Newton. Cherished grandson of June Harper of Listowel. Special uncle of Kayla, Taylor, Cole, Blake, Savannah and Sienna. Remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and Jennifer. Predeceased by his father Melvin Vaughan and grandparents Alice and Bill Wick and Gary Harper. Mel's family invites relatives and friends to share their memories at the Elma Memorial Community Centre, Main Street, Atwood, on Thursday August 2 from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 8:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to a charity of one's choice appreciated by the family and can be arranged by calling the funeral home or returning to the Current Funerals page and clicking on the Make Donation link.
