Mary MacDonald

November 19, 1916 to May 3, 2010

Mary MacDonald passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday May 3, 2010. She resided at Livingstone Manor Retirement Home, Listowel and was born 93 years ago in Grey Township, a daughter of the late Martin and Margaret (McNabb) MacDonald. Survived by her sister-in-law Faye MacDonald of Goderich. Remembered by her niece Margaret McInroy (nee Shortreed) and her husband Rick, niece Julie Hymers (nee MacDonald) and her husband David, nephew Peter MacDonald and his wife Jennifer and her nephew Bill's wife Valerie Shortreed. Predeceased by her sister Muriel Shortreed, brothers Graeme MacDonald and Ken MacDonald and her nephew Bill Shortreed. In keeping with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place. Mary's family invites relatives and friends to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home 141 John Street, Atwood on Saturday May 8, 2010 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. A family committal service will take place in Cranbrook Cemetery.
