Marjorie Scholl – of Atwood, passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Thursday June 10, 2021 at the age of 90. Marjorie was a member of Atwood Presbyterian Church and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Beloved wife of Fred Scholl whom she shared 60 years of marriage with. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Maxine Scholl and Gertie Long and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by her parents Frank and Julia (Hollinger) Carson, brothers-in-law Jack Scholl, Erwin Fleischauer, Bruce Long and sister-in-law Eileen Fleischauer.
Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood, on Sunday June 13 from 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. Those wishing to attend the visitation must schedule a time by calling the Funeral Home at 519-356-2382 or by emailing brennemanfh@cyg.net. Please arrive five minutes before your intended time slot and remain in your vehicle until an attendant invites you in. Everyone attending must wear a mask. A private family funeral service to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held at Atwood Presbyterian Church on Monday June 14, 2021 with Rev. Ernie Naylor officiating. Interment in Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood.
