Joseph W. Albrecht of Route 1 Milverton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Stratford General Hospital on Monday October 14, 2019 at the age of 66. Joe was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith. Beloved husband of Nancy (Wagler) Albrecht whom he married in 1974. Loving father of Sarah and Marvin Kuepfer, Aaron and Esther Albrecht, Dan and Leah Albrecht, Miriam and Adam Kuepfer, Eva and David Kuepfer, Emaline and Vernon Jantzi. Sadly missed by 38 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Remembered by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Esther and Manuel Albrecht, Marie and Ivan Zehr, Levi and Elmina Albrecht, Sarah and David Albrecht, Clara and Alvin Kipfer, Ruth and Daniel Albrecht, Mary and Rufus Kipfer, Magdalena and Menno Ebersol, David and Grace Albrecht, Eli and Catherine Albrecht, Catherine and Melvin Albrecht, Eva and Simon Zehr, Fannie Marie and Kenneth Albrecht. Fondly remembered by many aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Ezra and Miriam (Kuepfer) Albrecht, step-mother Susan (Zehr) Albrecht, parents-in-law Aaron and Fannie (Kuepfer) Wagler, brother-in-law Ezra Wagler and sister-in-law Clara Wagler in infancy. Family and friends will be received at Joe’s residence, 4306 Line 67, RR1 Milverton after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 15 until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 16, 2019. The funeral service will be held at his residence on Thursday October 17, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. with Bishop James Ebersol officiating. Interment in the 7th Line Amish Mennonite Cemetery, Mornington.
