Henry Stolz

January 20, 1929 to September 30, 2014

Henry Stolz of Mount Forest, formerly of Monkton, passed away unexpectedly at Louise Marshall Hospital on Tuesday September 30, 2014 at the age of 85. Henry was an all around outdoors man enjoying hunting, riding his ATV, cutting wood in the bush and puttering around Monkton on his golf cart.

Beloved husband of the late Beatrice (Wourms) Stolz who predeceased him in 2004. Loving father of Stan and Glenda Stolz, Stella and Calvin Haug, and Dianne and Jason Heilman. Special grandpa of Derick, Nicholas, Tyler and Jen and their daughter Mia, Nathan, Michael, Daniel, Shannah, and Michael. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Henry was the last surviving member of his family, being predeceased by his parents Joseph and Katherine (Etienne) Stolz, one brother and four sisters. Predeceased by his children Mary and Joseph in infancy.

Relatives and friends are invited to share their memories at the Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Friday October 3, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. followed by the funeral service to celebrate his life at 2:00 p.m. with Father Clare Coleman officiating. Interment in North Logan Cemetery.
