David N. Gascho

January 31, 1937 - May 4, 2021

David N. Gascho – of Milverton, passed away suddenly as a result of a traffic accident on Tuesday May 4, 2021 at the age of 84. David was a faithful member of Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church, Millbank.

Beloved husband of the late Florence (Erb) Gascho who predeceased him on March 13, 2020. Loving father of Carolyn (John) Bender of Lucan, Linda (Leroy) Stutzman of New Liskeard, Charlotte (Tim) Zehr of Millbank and David J. Gascho of Clandeboye. Cherished grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his sister Sadie (Mahlon) Jantzi, brothers Christian “Gerald”, Dannie (Velma), Andrew (Dorothy), brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Annie Gascho, Homer Biehn, Leona Erb, Anna Mae Gascho, Lorene (Lowell) Shantz, Adeline Erb, Eileen Lebold, Lloyd (Laurene) Erb and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by his parents Christian and Elizabeth (Nafziger) Gascho, sisters Mary Elizabeth Gascho, Catherine Biehn, brothers Amos, Raymond and Joseph Gascho, sisters-in-law Alice, Jean and Wendy Gascho, Norma (Harold) Zehr, Eva (Wes) McKinnon, brothers-in-law Nelson Erb, Allen Gascho, Lorne (Ruby) Erb, Elmer Erb, and Ralph Lebold.

A drive past visitation will be held on Sunday May 9, 2021 from 2-7 p.m. at Brookside Conservative Mennonite Church, 7800 Road 131, Carthage. Please remain in your vehicle and follow the directions of the parking attendants. A drive-in service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at Brookside Conservative Mennonite Church with the Ministry of Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church officiating. Burial to follow at Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church.
