Bruce Subject Sr.

February 4, 1944 to June 2, 2014

Bruce Subject Sr. of Monkton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday June 2, 2014 at the age of 70. Bruce thoroughly enjoyed hunting and tractor pulling and never missed watching the news on Channel 13. Beloved husband of Sandra (Johnston) Subject whom he married in 1974. Loving father of Fred and Lisa Subject of Monkton, Tammy Subject and James Taylor of Mitchell, Jackee and Peter Dunnink of Red Deer, Alberta, Bruce Subject Jr. of Monkton. Special popa of Dairian, Keirsten, Christian, Benjamen, Cadence, Lauren, Felicity, Leland, Weston and Hudson. Son-in-law of Gordon and Irene Johnston of Listowel. Dear brother of John and Iola Subject, Betty Szucs, Doris and Danny Ensinger, Elaine and John Zinken, Ella Pfieffer, Albert and Sheila Subject, Donna Subject and brother-in-law of Joanne Subject, Jennifer Subject and Helen Subject. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Christian and Emma (Marsh) Subject, his daughter Charlotte in infancy, his sisters Madeline and Emmaline, his brothers Kenneth, Mervin, Carl and George and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service to celebrate Bruc's life will be held at Brenneman Funeral Home, 141 John Street, Atwood (519-356-2382), on Friday June 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to: Children's Hospital London Health Science Centre 800 Commissioners Rd.
