Meet the Bald Family
David & Abbey Bald purchased Brenneman Funeral Home from
Jim & Judy Brenneman on June 30th 2022.
David is an experienced and knowledgeable Funeral Director, with a passion for serving families in their time of need.
David and Abbey are so grateful for such a welcoming and supportive community. David, Abbey, William & Samuel are looking forward to becoming active members in this wonderful community. They are proud to call Atwood their home, and to be honouring the legacy of the owners before, holding the importance of a family owned business, and continuing to operate as such.

Our Story
Abbey & David were both born and raised in Perth County, Abbey grew up in Stratford, and David grew up on a beef farm just outside of Sebringville. David has been working in the Funeral industry since he was 16 years old, and has had the privilege of serving many communities in Ontario throughout his career.
His goal was always to own a Funeral Home, and he is thrilled to be welcomed by such an outstanding community.
Abbey & David were introduced by Abbey's little sister one summer when they were home from their post secondary schools on opposite ends of Ontario. David attended the Funeral Service Program at Humber College in Toronto, and Abbey attended University of Windsor.
Abbey and David were Married in 2014, and welcomed their first born son, William in 2015, and their second born son, Samuel in 2017.
