    May 16, 1932 to September 11, 2008 Joyce Haddow of Listowel, passed away peacefully at her son's residence R.R. #1 Brunner, on Thursday September 11, 2008. She was born 76 years ago in Elma Township, a daughter of the late Allen and Alice (McIntosh) Reid. Joyce was a member of Atwood Presbyterian Church. Joyce was the beloved wife of Nelson Haddow whom she married in 1949; loving mother of Reid and his friend Marjorie, Brian and his friend Barb all of Brunner; special grandma of Steve and Ricky; great grandma of Jessie and Kaitlyn. She will also be remembered by her sisters and brothers Isabell and Bruce Parkin of Meaford, Doug and Jeanette Reid of Lucknow, David and Brenda Reid of St. Marys, Marlene and Doug Krotz of Gowanstown. Joyce was predeceased by her son Bill. As per Joyce's wish, there will be no visitation.     March 22, 1918 to February 23, 2009 Bernice passed away peacefully at her residence in Livingstone Manor, Listowel on Monday February 23, 2009. She was born 90 years ago in Elma Township, a daughter of the late Alexander and Isobella (Carruthers) Henry. Bernice taught at schools in Maryborough Township and Perth County for over 25 years. She was a member of Atwood Presbyterian Church and a life member of the WMS and Ladies Aid. Beloved wife of Ross Love whom she married in 1948. Loving mother of Hugh and Rhonda Love of RR2 Atwood, Nora and Ross Rocher of Mitchell and Sheila Love-Phillips of Rockwood. Special grandma of Anne & Jason Falk and their children Brett and Gavin, Sara Love and friend Kevin Mehring, Andrew Love, Scott and Lee Anne Rocher and their children Claire and Chloe, Catherine and Jeff Lucyk. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Helen Henry of Monkton, Mary Broughton of Atwood and by many nieces & nephews. Bernice was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her brothers George Henry and his wife Gertrude, Lorne Henry; her sisters Laura Henry, Mae Harvey and her husband Bill and Isobell Battin and her husband Glen. Also predeceased by her brother-in-law Jack Broughton. As per Bernice's request, there will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Atwood Presbyterian Church on Friday February 27, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Cathrine Campbell will officiate.     October 18, 1952 to April 3, 2012 Garry Pestell, of Monkton, passed away as a result of a car accident, on Tuesday April 3rd, 2012 at Stratford General Hospital. He was born 59 years ago, a son of Lillian Pestell of Milverton and the late Jack Pestell. Garry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a great supporter of the local hockey organizations and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson Russell. Beloved husband of Colleen (Machan) Pestell whom he married in 1982. Loving father of Catherine and Brent Pryce of Winthrop and special grandfather of Russell. Dear brother of Ken Pestell of Monkton, Bonnie and Larry Krieger of Capreol, Patti Fuhr of Mitchell, Brian and Darlene Pestell of Bayfield, Doug and Paula Pestell of Acton, Murray Pestell and Sherri Blake of Monkton. Son-in-law of Murray and Lenora Machan of Monkton, brother-in-law of Dennis and Lida Machan of Monkton and Val and Willie Smith of Mount Forest. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and Gary Carpenter of Mitchell. Predeceased by his sister Lynda Pestell and nephew Craig Pestell.     July 14, 1967 to September 5, 2009 After a courageous battle with cancer, Sandee passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday September 5, 2009. She resided in Monkton and was born 42 years ago in London, a daughter of the late Garry and Connie (Clarke) Robinson. Sandee was a past president of the Monkton Figure Skating Club, enjoyed camping, spent many hours making crafts, scrapbooking and had a passion for her career of hairdressing. She was a wonderful party planner and decorator for all occasions and seasons. Beloved wife of Calvin Subject whom she married in 1991. Wonderful loving mom of Daniel and Kelsey. Dear sister of Chantell Gregory of London, step-sister of Steve Capling of Waterloo, and cherished granddaughter of Helen Clarke of Listowel. Marie, Stefani and Mike Bouchard of Blind River, fourteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Fondly remember by many nieces and nephews. Fern was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by five sisters and three brothers. In keeping with Fern's wishes, cremation has taken place.
